Post-Construction Cleaning

Ideal for newly built homes, renovations, remodels, additions, and contractor projects.

Construction dust settles into areas that may look clean at first glance. This service focuses on detailed removal of fine dust, residue, fingerprints, labels, and light construction debris to prepare the property for move-in, final walkthroughs, or client presentation.

May include:

  • Removal of fine construction dust from accessible surfaces
  • Detailed dusting of walls, doors, trim, and baseboards
  • Cleaning window sills, tracks, and ledges
  • Wiping cabinet interiors and exteriors when accessible
  • Cleaning countertops and other hard surfaces
  • Appliance exterior cleaning
  • Dusting reachable light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Cleaning interior glass and mirrors
  • Removal of stickers, labels, and adhesive residue when possible
  • Bathroom and kitchen detail cleaning
  • Final touch-up cleaning before occupancy or walkthrough

Please note:

  • Pricing is based on square footage, construction stage, accessibility, and overall condition
  • Active construction sites may require multiple visits
  • Heavy debris hauling, hazardous materials, paint removal, drywall repair, and contractor labor are not included
  • Electricity and running water must be available unless otherwise arranged
  • A personalized quote is required for every post-construction project

Starting rates do not apply to single-room or small-area cleaning requests. Customized quotes and bundled service pricing are available.
