Post-Construction Cleaning

Perfect for newly built homes, renovations, remodels, additions, and contractor projects.

Construction dust has a way of settling everywhere—even in places that appear clean at first glance. This service focuses on removing fine dust, debris, fingerprints, stickers, and construction residue to help prepare the space for move-in or final walkthroughs.

May include:

  • Removal of construction dust from surfaces
  • Detailed dusting of walls, trim, doors, and baseboards
  • Cleaning window sills, tracks, and ledges
  • Wiping cabinets (inside and out if accessible)
  • Cleaning countertops and hard surfaces
  • Appliance exterior cleaning
  • Light fixture and ceiling fan dusting
  • Floor vacuuming and mopping
  • Interior glass and mirror cleaning
  • Removal of stickers, labels, and adhesive residue (when possible)
  • Final touch-up cleaning before occupancy

  • Pricing varies based on square footage, construction stage, and overall condition.
  • Active construction sites may require multiple visits.
  • Heavy debris removal, paint removal, drywall repair, and contractor cleanup are not included.

All prices listed are starting rates.  Starting rates do not apply to single small area cleaning tasks.  Starting rates assume a reasonably maintained home.  Homes with heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or additional requests may increase the total.  Customized bundle pricing is also available.
